Raised in a family of self-starters, Ashley learned early on the value of persistence — a philosophy she calls “stick-to-itiveness.” That drive has fueled her journey from management and executive roles in her 20s to becoming a respected leader in Florida’s commercial real estate industry.

Ashley graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Business Management and later attended Barry University School of Law, focusing on corporate law. Her career history includes national leadership in sales and business development before transitioning into commercial real estate.
Today, she continues to be a trusted partner for healthcare systems, investors, and developers throughout Florida. She also leads The CRE Mentor, a platform dedicated to helping people excel in commercial real estate through education, coaching, and community support. Her success is built on referrals, repeat business, and relationships grounded in trust and performance.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time with her husband, Tim, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired City of Orlando law enforcement officer, and their two daughters, Olivia and Elle Monroe.
